Our Process

1.Project Brief & Order Summary

Once you share your design concepts, tech packs, or inspiration boards, our dedicated account manager carefully reviews every detail. We organize your requirements into a clear and structured order summary, including fabric selection, printing or dyeing techniques, trims, sizing specifications, and production quantities.

 

Within 1–2 business days, this detailed overview is shared with you for review and approval. This step ensures complete alignment on product specifications, manufacturing requirements, and production expectations before the manufacturing process begins, helping guarantee quality, accuracy, and efficient production for your apparel order.

2.Sampling & Design Approval

Your first production sample is developed with precision, accurately reflecting the fabric quality, color, fit, stitching, and finishing details of the final garment. You can choose to receive either a physical sample garment or high-resolution images for detailed review and approval.

 

If any adjustments are needed, sample revisions are welcome to ensure the product meets your exact specifications. Once the sample receives final approval and sign-off, we proceed with full-scale garment manufacturing and bulk production, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout the production process.

3.Fabric Sourcing & Sample Creation

    • Regular colors: Completed within 3 business days

    • Special or unique hues: Typically require 4–5 business days

    • Pantone-matched dyeing: Precision color matching may take up to 7 business days

    Once the fabric color and quality are approved, we move forward with pattern making and sample stitching, which generally takes 2–5 business days. Afterward, every sample goes through a thorough quality inspection to ensure the fit, construction, and finishing details meet production standards. Any final refinements are completed before moving to the next stage of apparel manufacturing.

     
     

4.Bulk Production Timeline

Our production process begins with a minimum order quantity of approximately 50 pieces, with timelines scaling efficiently for every additional batch of 50 units.

  • Fabric procurement: 3–5 business days

  • Pattern grading and fabric cutting: 2–10 days, depending on garment complexity and design specifications

  • Customization processes (embroidery, printing, dyeing, laser finishing, or sublimation): approximately 6 business days

  • Bulk garment stitching: 4–12 days, based on style complexity and production volume

After production, each order undergoes a comprehensive final quality inspection, taking up to 1–2 business days, to ensure consistent craftsmanship, accurate sizing, and premium finishing standards before delivery.

This structured workflow helps maintain high-quality apparel manufacturing, efficient turnaround times, and reliable bulk production for custom clothing orders.

 
 

5.Fabric Inspection & Quality Testing

At ZAS, we maintain continuous and transparent communication throughout the entire production process. Every order moves through a series of well-organized stages, including pre-production planning, material sourcing and procurement, design digitization, fabric cutting, printing or dyeing, garment sewing, and final quality control (QC).

 

To keep you fully informed, we provide regular progress updates, production timelines, progress photos, and a detailed workflow chart. Your dedicated account consultant manages the entire process, ensuring clear communication, efficient coordination, and complete visibility from concept to final delivery.

 
 

6.Packing, Shipping & Delivery

Once your garments successfully pass our final quality control (QC) inspection, each piece is carefully pressed, neatly ironed, and individually poly-wrapped to maintain product quality during transit. Every item is then labeled according to your custom branding and packaging specifications, ensuring a professional presentation for your brand.

For secure and reliable delivery, all orders are shipped through trusted international logistics partners such as DHL and FedEx, providing door-to-door delivery, real-time tracking, and global shipping coverage. This ensures your garments arrive safely, efficiently, and on schedule—ready for distribution or retail.

7. Feedback & Continuous Improvement

Your feedback is vital to improving our apparel manufacturing and production process. After every delivery, we actively gather client insights and reviews to continuously refine our workflow and maintain operational flexibility.
